1. Sale of five lots (three west of the Great Pond; one known as Southern Neck, one bounded by New Mill Pond, Ripples Brook, Ripples Rd., Pretty Marsh Rd.) by John Somes and Thadeus S. Somes to John J. Somes. 2. Typewritten portion of record concerning the DeGregoire's portion of Mount Desert Island, ascertained by survey, and the portion for John Bernard (1794). 3. Copy of 1792 document converying land from deGregoires to James Richardson. 4. Sale of pew in New Meeting House in Pretty Marsh to Abraham Somes by Benjamin Atherton, Charles Branscom, Reuben Freeman, David Hooper, for $37.93 (1835). 5. 1839 deed of sale of tract of land and buildings from Abraham Somes to George B.
