Description: This videotape is a history of the home "Cragsyde", aka Kragsyde, a design of Robert Swain Peabody. The video includes historic photographs and commentary, by Wheaton Arnold Holden. This home was built at Manchester-by-the Sea, Massachusetts in 1884 for George Nixon Black, the same owner of Woodlawn House, Ellsworth, Maine. The house was torn down in 1929. The house was also reproduced during the years 2005-6, using original plans, by a family on Swans Island. Other house in video is "La Tourelle", built ca 1930, destroyed 1947. Description: Tapestry folding chair; fretwork on top. Black stripes painted on wood. One stretcher between each pair of legs. Back rest and seat made of tapestry - red with flowers. Wood frame. Fabric on back of backrest torn. Label marked, “E.W. Walls patented and manufacturer”.
Description: Fishing Line and weight wrapped around wooden holder (approx. 8" X 7"). This was acquired in connection with the 2012 Somesville Museum exhibit.
Description: Long wooden pole with eight iron tines which have turned under tips. Tine held taut with twine. Resembles long rake. Used for catching eels in mud. Donor info - found in Pretty Marsh home of donor.

Description: Small wooden stroller about 10" long by 24" high; four metal wheels; two larger ones in back. Knobs on back once painted red. See photo of Clara Gott standing by this stroller: 007.150.1. According to donor, object was once owned by Clara Gott.
Description: Carving of three heads mounted on carved rectangular board. Marked, “Dinklespiel’s Joke. Hear’s a good yarn! Tries to tell it to his wife!! Forgets the point!!!” Signed, C.C. Steele 1904.
Description: Blue and white. Saucer deep like bowl. Pale blue flowers and bird on branch above water. Swan inside cup. Birds on outside, one near fence and other on branch over water. Flowers around the edge.
Description: Two iron rings around middle where handle joins head. Two slits cut in head on either side of the handle. Once painted green. Donor info - from Somesville shipyard.
