It shows, with lesser emphasis, the place names: Bar Harbor, SW Harbor, NE Harbor. Contains enlarged window showing Mount Desert Village (Somesville). Description of MDI mentions the incorporation in 1838 of "Seaville," a group of islands that included Bartlett's, Robinson's and Hardwood Islands in 1838. This incorporation was repealed in 1859.
