James Richardson Homestead and Barn (Fair Oaks Farm). At time of picture it was owned by Jones Tracy (1856-1939). Truck in back of barn. Outbuilding to right of barn. MDI Historical Society likely borrowed photo album from Kay Moore (descended from James Richardson, first Richardson settler of MDI) and had negative and then print made from the original print.
